Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for registering for the Bitcoin Alaska conference. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate refund requests where possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for conference registrations will be granted under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the event start date, a full refund will be issued.
• Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is received 14-29 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No Refund: No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests made less than 14 days before the event start date.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Lodging Accommodations: Failure to secure lodging accommodations in Juneau, Alaska, does not entitle attendees to a refund. It is the responsibility of each attendee to make their own lodging arrangements. Please plan accordingly as lodging availability may be limited.
• No-Show: If you fail to attend the conference without providing prior notice, no refund will be granted.
• Transfer of Registration: In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that the Bitcoin Alaska conference is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, the following options will be available:

• Full Refund: If the event is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
• Ticket Transfer: If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund.
